Please fill in the form below and submit payment for your Ontario Student Transcript or Ontario Secondary School Diploma to be processed. For your IB Diploma or transcript, please contact our IB Diploma Team.

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. We encourage you to use the electronic transmittal option as it is the fastest possible delivery method. All processing fees will be paid through our secure server on your credit card.

Electronic OSSD Transcript Delivery or OSSD Diploma Delivery: Your official Ontario Student Transcript or copy of your Ontario Secondary School Diploma will be scanned and emailed to you a PDF document.

Mailing Official Paper Ontario Student Transcripts:
If you require an official copy of your Ontario Student Transcript mailed to you or another destination, it will be sent in a sealed envelope stamped by Branksome Hall. Opening the envelope will make the transcript unofficial and not acceptable for official purposes. For international mailing requests, please add additional details in the Notes section below.
